We enjoyed staying a Maribel's (she'd even decorated it for the holidays). Relaxing and large for the 2 of us and low key. Just what we wanted! Very pleased.

Very cute apartment. Only downside was the trash collectors yelling at 5am.

it's a great apartment with exposed brick, and original stairs. onsite laundry. quiet part of Wilmington. we always found street parking easily on 9th Street. Outdoor patio garden area. Host is continually upgrading the space, and was very communicative.

Maribel is very responsive and friendly. This space is an excellent location from the interstate, literally like 2 minutes. There is a delish diner (Goober's) within walking distance. There's also a lovely little River Walk that's about 7 minute drive away. This Airbnb is perfect for agile adventurers: DC is 2 hours away by car, New York City is 2 hours away by Amtrak, and Baltimore, Philadelphia and Jersey or a short drive as well. Parking in the neighborhood is competitive; parallel parking skills are an absolute must. It's to your advantage to bring a small vehicle, or none at all and just use ride-sharing/public transportation.
