Pefect for our short stay.We found the accomodation very comfortable and it had everything we needed .We enjoyed the coffee pods and delicious lemon drizzle cake. We would definitely recommend it.

The studio at Edenbrook was a well equipped and comfortable space with a friendly, helpful and proactive host. The location is a peaceful and pretty village with plenty of nice walks and with a regular bus service into York City centre. All the provisions required for our breakfast had been left out, with the addition of a delicious lemon drizzle cake! We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay, we will definitely return on our next trip to York!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s…. and can definitely say Dereks place is a good one! Well thought out, lovely and clean, such a comfortable bed….and Derek was an excellent host. Just the right amount of responsive and helpful….thanks- we’d come again!
