This is the third time I’ve stayed in this cottage. It’s absolutely perfect for us. There’s room to hang out, we really enjoyed using the board games that were provided. It’s a comfortable house with walking available if it’s not cold!

My family and I had a great weekend at Kerri and Tom’s place. I wish we had stayed longer. The neighborhood is great for walking and I wish we had more time to kayak and hang out at the beach!

We did not want to leave!! The house was just right for our family (with two little boys) to spend a long summer weekend. We would definitely love an opportunity to come back again. The house was cozy with games galore and the most comfortable bunk bed:) But what really made a grand impression was the surroundings of the river, large lawn with hammock, lots of lounging space, beautiful beach, and sunset views …. these memories are going to be with us for a very very long time. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Cottage is nice…newly updated and clean . There are TONS of small nick knacks on every surface in this house so this might be a consideration if you have small children. TV and mini-splits are SMART controlled and could be challenging for older adults. The beds were comfortable. Master Bedroom is a decent size but the bunk room is extremely small…would be very tight with six people and their belongings. The laundry is in the basement but only accessible by a door located outside of the house. Nice deck furniture and fire pit, but unfortunately we did not get to use much as we had rainy weather during our stay. The only thing I really didn’t like were the outdoor cameras…always felt like we could be on “candid camera”.
