In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. You will have a large private garden with a vegetable garden, olive trees, flowers, and fruits, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the sun, read a book, and relax completely.

Palazzina Maresa is a 1920s building carefully restored to host eight independent apartments, each shaped by the vision of a different young local designer. The project reflects on early 20th-century aesthetics through a contemporary lens, blending architecture, design, and artistic research. Located in a quiet residential area with private and shared gardens, the building is just a short walk from Florence’s historic center.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
