Recentemente ristrutturato, è dotato di WiFi con fibra, cucina, ampio salone, camera matrimoniale e terrazzo (no vista mare). Dotato di ascensore che arriva fin dentro casa, si trova al quinto piano della prestigiosa palazzina ex hotel Regina.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .
