Sarà il tuo rifugio per momenti d'intense emozioni. L'appartamento è al secondo piano, con l'ascensore, di un edificio nuovo. E' molto luminoso, si compone di un ingresso spazioso con armadio a muro, di un grande soggiorno con angolo cottura e di un bagno con ampia doccia . In soggiorno ci sono un comodo letto matrimoniale trasformabile in divano e una poltrona-letto. L'appartamento è arredato in modo funzionale ed elegante, come risulta dalle fotografie allegate. Agli ospiti amanti della musica e della lettura è offerta una ricca scelta di libri di diverso tipo (compresi guide turistiche e libri d'arte), di dischi in vinile e CD di musica classica, jazz, e "leggera". L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato con piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice, tostapane, caffettiera elettrica, spremiagrumi, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, stendi biancheria, asciugacapelli, bollitore e aspirapolvere. Dotato di aria condizionata , riscaldamento e acqua calda condominiale, ha un collegamento gratuito WI-FI ad alta velocità, un grande televisore e un lettore di dischi in vinile e di CD. Gli ospiti possono usare l'intero appartamento senza limitazioni. Da parte mia, della mia amica Jan e di altre persone di fiducia ci sarà una grande disponibilità per favorire al massimo una vostra ottima permanenza a Firenze. L'appartamento si trova nelle vicinanze del Giardino di Boboli, che può essere attraversato a piedi fino ad arrivare a Palazzo Pitti, vicino al Ponte Vecchio. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi di alimentari, enoteche, ristoranti e pizzerie. Appena fuori casa c'è la fermata del bus nn.36/37 per la Stazione di Santa Maria Novella e per il centro della città. All'inizio di Via Romana c'è un'altra fermata con diversi bus tra cui il n.11 che va al centro. Inoltre nella Piazza di Porta Romana ci sono sia il parcheggio dei taxi sia una fermata dell'autobus "direttissimo" per Siena. La tassa di soggiorno, richiesta dal Comune di Firenze, di 2,50 Euro, a persona per ogni notte (per un massimo di sette notti, esclusi i minori di 12 anni) è compresa nel prezzo dell'appartamento. Il prezzo dell'appartamento come già specificato, include la biancheria iniziale per la casa, asciugamani e lenzuola. Per i check-in dopo le 20:00 è previsto un contributo extra di 10 Euro all'arrivo e dopo le 22:00 di 15 Euro. Per quanto riguarda i documenti personali, carta identità o passaporto, richiesti dalla Questura di Firenze è preferibile inviare i dati ( il numero del documento, il luogo e la data di rilascio e la scadenza) via mail al momento della accettazione della vostra prenotazione. Naturalmente dovrete mandare anche i vostri nominativi, i luoghi di residenza, e le date di nascita di tutte le persone che saranno ospitate. Check out è previsto entro le 11:00, salvo diversi accordi che si possono prendere in caso di necessità particolari Prima della partenza vi preghiamo di buttare tutti i rifiuti (i cassonetti per la raccolta differenziata sono vicini all'appartamento), di spegnere l'aria condizionata o il riscaldamento, di chiudere tutte le finestre e di lasciare le chiavi sulla mensola dell'ingresso. Climb the white marble staircase to the breathtaking rooftop terrace, boasting unforgettable views of the hills surrounding Florence and the historic center. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. IN CASE OF THEFT OR SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO PAY THE VALUE OF THE BIKE OF 160€. Thank you WALKING: the city center is at only 15 mins walking. BY BUS: a few steps away from the building there are buses to the city center and the station.

This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.
