TV e tavolo. Cucina dotata di frigo, freezer, forno, fornello a gas, lavello, bollitore, caffettiera e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Terrazzo vista lago con tavolo e sedie. Aria condizionata. Animali non ammessi.

A pochi passi dal Colosseo, potrai vivere l’atmosfera autentica del centro storico, tra vicoli pittoreschi, botteghe artigiane e ristoranti tipici, scoprendo tutto il fascino della Città Eterna.

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Nice apartment located at the 3rd floor with private garage. The balcony is big enough to eat outside and has a nice view on the countryside. On a clear day you can see the ocean which is about 30km far. It takes 5 minutes to reach the train station (15-20 minutes walking) , from which you can go to Rome. Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast
