On a clear day you can see the ocean which is about 30km far. It takes 5 minutes to reach the train station (15-20 minutes walking) , from which you can go to Rome. Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast

Piccolo appartamento autonomo, situato al pian terreno di un villino con ingresso indipendente e parcheggio custodito. Munito di letto matrimoniale ,soggiorno con divano,cucina con forno,frigo e un piano cottura con 4 fuochi. E presente una lavatrice ,un'asse e ferro da stiro . Il bagno ha una capiente doccia. All'esterno del piccolo soggiorno potete trovare un piccolo e comodo terrazzino.

Se ti serve un delizioso appartamento sul corso di Genzano di Roma, allora noi facciamo al caso vostro! Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrete recarvi anche Roma in soli 40 minuti con l’autobus di fronte la casa. L’appartamento si trova sul corso di Genzano di Roma un paesino dei castelli Romani (vedi foto). La costruzione del locale è stata effettuata nel 2022.
