Welcome to our home! From the window of the living room you can sit back and relax after a full day out in the city. The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ca' Maria is a luxurious newly renovated suite. The suite is quiet and out of the tourist flow even if located near the main attractions, the train station and Piazzale Roma.
