Vicino a ponte Rialto, arredato con mobili di famiglia ma letti nuovi e cucina funzionale e con lavanderia attrezzata. Si trova al secondo piano con 2 rampe di scale da 19 gradini ciascuna e 2-3 gradini a scendere. Ideale per giovani coppie o amici, ma anche famiglie con ragazzi grandi. Supermarket molto vicino. Riscaldamento autonomo e condizionatore solo nella stanza centrale e non nelle camere. Verranno chiesti i dati del documento di identità. La tassa di 4€/persona /notte verrà richiesta.
