The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

There is everything you need to feel at home, living exactly in the heart of Venice : Saint Mark's Square is just at one waterbus stop from the apt, or at 10 minutes walking distance. And you have the gondolas passing in front of your window ! I'm in love with this apt and I'll be glad to give the opportunity of the Grand Canal sightseeing to people who have the sensitivity for the beauty .

Das Viertel bietet unzählige hervorragende Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Der nahe gelegene, große Park direkt am Meer lädt zum Spazierengehen oder Sporteln ein. In nur zwei Stationen könnt Ihr mit dem Vaporetto zum Strand des Lido fahren und nach nur einer Station erreicht Ihr den Markusplatz.

A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.
