Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Welcome! This bright and spacious apartment is located in the heart of Pallanza. Being located in an internal square just a few steps from the lake, the apartment ensures tranquility and peace while offering the advantages of being in a central area of the town. This allows our guests to have at hand everything that Pallanza has to offer: bakeries, artisan Gelaterie, restaurants, and the'Navigazione' from where boats leave for the beautiful Borromeo Islands and for other cities around the lake.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in leichter Hanglage etwas oberhalb vom und bietet somit einen wunderschönen Ausblick zum See. Fußläufig in 12 Minuten zum See und Strand. Unseren Gästen steht vor der Wohnung eine private Terrasse mit Essplatz, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm zu verfügung. Ebenso ein überdachter Fahrradunterstand (vier Plätze, rechts hinter dem Haus) und ein (1) kostenfreier PKW Stellplatz

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L'appartamento è situato sul lungolago, al centro del paese, con una stupenda vista dal balcone sul golfo Borromeo. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti gratuitamente delle biciclette (city bike e mountain bike, anche per ragazzi). Nell'appartamento i nostri amici animali sono considerati ospiti speciali e molto graditi. Di fronte alla casa vi sono pontili per l'attracco delle imbarcazioni e la spiaggia, dove a luglio per 10 giorni si svolge una grande festa per turisti.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The apartment with swimming-pool is a lovely house nestled in a lush garden with a swimming pool and games room for our guests' exclusive use (owners could be present). The house Bimba, located on the ground floor of the villa, is based in Trobaso, historical and peaceful village in the heart of Verbania, 5-minute drive from Intra and the port, 40 minutes from the Swiss border. The swimming pool is available from May 16th to September 26th 2026
