Tipica casa in stile toscano immersa nella quiete della campagna della Versilia. La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
