It’s a cozy attic with wooden beams, perfect for experiencing the Tuscan atmosphere with your family. With a living room equipped with a 50-inch TV, sofa, armchairs, books, and board games, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), it offers comfort and warmth. Close to the train station, it's a great base for exploring Pisa, Florence, and Viareggio

L' appartamento (90mq. 2 camere, cucina, grande salotto, bagno con doccia) accogliente e romantico, offre un soggiorno tranquillo (zona pedonale) a 4 o 5 persone. E' situato nell'anfiteatro romano nel centro storico con un magnifico affaccio sulla Piazza dell'anfiteatro Completamente ristrutturato e' particolarmente adatto a lunghi soggiorni. Arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piccola cucina è ben servita. Si possono fare belle passeggiate e gite alle città più belle della Toscana. Lucca dista 3km: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta e in autobus. A pochi passi la Fattoria Sardi propone wine tasting tours nelle vigne e il suo ristorante è ottimo.
