This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Potrete parcheggiare la vostra auto in un posto riservato o eventualmente nel garage privato coperto e raggiungere facilmente Venezia in 20 minuti con un bus, con fermata a soli 50 metri dall'appartamento e con corse ogni 10 minuti. A pochi passi dall'appartamento troverete tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno: un supermercato, una pasticceria, una pizzeria, una farmacia e una biglietteria per i bus.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Ground floor, no steps, large garden, two parking spaces in the private courtyard, just by the front door.

L'appartamento è composto da ingresso zona pranzo con angolo cottura. Sono a disposizione frigo, bollitore, Nespresso e microonde piastra induzione. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia e scalda salviette. La camera da letto è molto ampia e dotata di Tv letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. L'occorente per la colazione è a disposizione. La porta d'ingresso si apre sull'ampio giardino con possibilità di relax all'esterno. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile all'interno della proprietà.

Tassa di soggiorno non inclusa da pagare al Check-in, a persona a notte. Si trova a 5 min dalla fermata dell'autobus per Venezia (viaggio 12min, costo 1.5euro, servizio h24). Posizione molto comoda: Venezia-Mestre stazione treni, 12 min a piedi. 20 min in auto da Venezia airport 35 min in auto da Treviso airport
