Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has two bedrooms.The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, Nespresso Machine.The entrance opens up into a big living area with a canal view which can also be seen from all the rooms of the house. My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!
