Il Nido si trova in un palazzo popolare senza ascensore, nel centro storico di Lucca, accanto a piazza S. Frediano. La casa è in zona a traffico limitato: non accessibile in auto. Saliamo 40 GRADINI per raggiungere il Nido, una casa di DIMENSIONI PICCOLE, curata nei dettagli e molto luminosa. Il living è composto da una cucina attrezzata, un piccolo spazio per pranzare e rilassarsi. Camera matrimoniale, PICCOLA 2a CAMERA ed un bagno. Sopra la TERRAZZA PRIVATA coperta guarda la chiesa e i tetti.

L'appartamento è situato in una delle piazze più caratteristiche del mondo: la piazza dell'Anfiteatro Romano, dove in periodi successivi, sulle sue rovine sono stati ricostruiti appartamenti. Fino agli anni sessanta del secolo scorso, la piazza era sede del mercato ortofrutticolo all'ingrosso ed era considerato un quartiere molto povero. Nel corso degli anni ha recuperato il suo splendore per diventare una delle zone più ambite, sia per la magnifica collocazione che per la tranquillità.

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency.
