Siamo lieti di ospitare anche i vostri amici animali! Per il check-in, saremo felici di accogliervi personalmente, ma offriamo anche un servizio di self check-in per il vostro massimo comfort.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Il palazzo è stato oggetto di lavori "ecobonus 110%" e pertanto totalmente rinnovato. Appartamento con nuovi arredi moderni, dotato di tutto punto (in particolare di due nuovi climatizzatori Mitsubishi: in soggiorno ed in camera), con parcheggio coperto condominiale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbocco autostradale, a pochi passi dal centro e lungo un bel Corso... su cui è ubicato...! Soggiornare per credere!!! Ben trovati ed al piacere di condividerlo: parola di Liliana!.

The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. Just before your arrival we offer a private guide with the best restaurants and the most beautiful places in the area to visit.

The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

The house was completely renovated in 2017, "outer coat", LED lighting, inverter air conditioning, all for a low environmental impact. The decor is modern, set in a typical Tuscan house with wooden beams and roof finished with "bricks" typical Tuscan brick. The exterior offers a corner reserved from prying eyes, intended to solarium and in summer a small hydromassage pool will brighten your return from the magnificent city of art in Tuscany.

Located on the second floor, it is proposed a flat in the centre of Chiesina Uzzanese, a little town in the middle of Tuscany. Optimal to visit nearby cities such as Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (approx. 30 min), reachable thanks to the adjacent A11 highway. Finally, although the town is small, you can find very good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling typical Tuscan products. The car park is public and free.
