“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Relax with the whole family and with friends at this charming alpine penthouse. Our favorite experience in this cosy duplex is enjoying the panoramic terrace on the top floor, sun bathing in the afternoon with a cup of hot chocolate after a morning on the slopes in winter or, in spring and summer, enjoying food&drinks after hiking or mountain-biking. There is a shuttle service during weekends, carnival week, NYE/Xmas weeks and summer, from the house to downtown Courmayeur and to the slopes.

The Pré Saint Didier spa and baths are a 10-min distance by car. The centre of Courmayeur is at 20 min.

Con balcone e ingresso indipendente dall'esterno, si trova in una zona tranquilla al limite del borgo che si affaccia sulla campagna ma in posizione centrale e accessibile rispetto ai punti di interesse della valle. Perfetta in tutte le stagioni per qualche giorno di relax o per chi è semplicemente di passaggio. Non presente la cucina.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.
