Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un piano soppalcato dotato di terrazza che corre lungo tutto il perimetro dell'abitazione, attrezzata con panca e tavolino dove consumare un rilassante aperitivo godendo di una magnifica vista sulla tranquilla vallata.
