Casa Irene è un delizioso appartamento in stile Toscano, situato al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro,50 mt per porta San Matteo ed altri 50 mt per la via Francigena. Data la posizione defilata si raggiunge facilmente in auto per parcheggiare nell'immediato parcheggio libero. L'appartamento dotato di wifi ed aria condizionata si suddivide in sala/cucina openspace,camera e bagno con doccia ed un terrazzo abitabile con affacci sulle mura di San Gimignano

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). A big apartment consisting of a kitchen and dining room at the entrance; from here you climb to the upper floor where there is a livingroom with sofa and two armchairs, a TV equipped with a DVD player. From the living room a corridor leads to a first double bedroom with private bathroom, followed by a small hallway serving two other double bedrooms with a common bathroom.
