Think of a tiny charming ancient tower, embedded in a time into a small XIX century tuscan villa on the florentine hills. Also think that in 20 minutes drive you are into Florence downtown. Well, this is the place! To get all this you have to climb three flights of stairs with no lift. But you'll see it surely worth the effort.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

Situato nel cuore della città, Askadinya Florence è adatto a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori. Un intero loft molto accogliente dotato di angolo cottura, zona pranzo, tv, wifi, camera da letto e bagno. All'ultimo piano di un caratteristico edificio fiorentino, qui troverai un ambiente confortevole dove potersi rilassare ad un passo dai divertimenti della città. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone ma può accoglierne fino a tre (il divano composto da comodi materassi diviene il terzo letto).

Appartamento indipendente in un palazzo storico del 1870, progettato dall’architetto Poggi. Situato nel centro storico, in un quartiere residenziale, autentico e poco turistico, è perfetto per vivere Firenze come un vero fiorentino. Il centro è facilmente visitabile a piedi. WiFi fibra ultraveloce, TV con Chromecast, aria condizionata caldo/freddo illimitata. Ottimi collegamenti: fermata bus e taxi sotto casa, stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggi sotto casa e accesso auto senza ZTL.

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. IT'S RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A CAR TO REACH THE HOUSE!

In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.
