L'appartamento è situato al quarto ed ultimo piano senza ascensore, si trova in una delle zone centrali di Firenze, vicino a Santa Croce, San Marco, Mercato di Sant'Amborgio, è possibile raggiugnere a piedi quasi tutti i monumenti storici della città. Il locale inoltre è situato vicino ad innumerevoli pub e ristoranti tipici toscani. L'architettura della casa con il pavimento in cotto rosso e le travi di legno a vista rispecchia a pieno lo stile italiano in particolare fiorentino.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic building with entrance on the Square; there are 90 steps to reach the top floor. The ‘small’ effort will be amply rewarded by the beauty and comfort that the apartment offers. Newly renovated, it can accommodate up to six people.

Il bilocale, ristrutturato, nel 2022, offre una vista unica sui monumenti di Firenze, da ammirare all’ora del tramonto con un aperitivo o per una tranquilla colazione la mattina. Grazie alla posizione centrale tutti i principali monumenti sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. È al terzo piano senza ascensore, con una scala agevole. È dotato di un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto doppio e un lettino per bambini.
