A refurbished flat at Via Torta 1, set against the backdrop of Piazza Santa Croce, 200 metres from Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi. Built on top of an ancient Roman amphitheatre, it is situated on the first floor, accessible via just 10 steps, and is quiet and bright. It features a double bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a Smart TV, as well as a washer-dryer. There is a taxi rank right outside, supermarkets and car parks.

A place filled with a sense of history, with all the modern conveniences you may need, located in S.Croce area on the FIRST ITALIAN FLOOR (20 steps from the front door) of a small building of the XVI Century. The apartment is on two levels.

Il locale inoltre è situato vicino ad innumerevoli pub e ristoranti tipici toscani. L'architettura della casa con il pavimento in cotto rosso e le travi di legno a vista rispecchia a pieno lo stile italiano in particolare fiorentino.

The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
