Il locale inoltre è situato vicino ad innumerevoli pub e ristoranti tipici toscani. L'architettura della casa con il pavimento in cotto rosso e le travi di legno a vista rispecchia a pieno lo stile italiano in particolare fiorentino.

Grazie alla posizione centrale tutti i principali monumenti sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. È al terzo piano senza ascensore, con una scala agevole. È dotato di un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto doppio e un lettino per bambini.
