Located in the heart of Florence, near the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Uffizi, and the Duomo, as well as many other major historical sites, this apartment lets you immerse yourself in the typical Florentine life. You can visit the nearby market of St. Ambrogio and buy authentic products used in Florentine cuisine,or enjoy a glass of Chianti in the shade of the "Dome". Once at home, you will be greeted by a serene atmosphere where peace and tranquility embrace you. The warm earth tones of the furniture and thoughtful decor will make you feel at home. The quiet and relaxation found on the patio, along with the sleek design and the historical details, will conquer you. You can finally rest from the labors of the day between art and culture! This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. I will be glad to welcome you personally: check-in and check-out every day of the week at a time to be agreed upon at booking. I am waiting for you! Intero Loft/Appartamento rinascimentale al piano terra nel centro storico fiorentino, a 50m da Piazza Santa Croce, nel pieno della vita cittadina. Costruito nel 1450, questo Loft rappresenta l'unione tra moderno a antico. Il palazzo é l'antica residenza della famiglia della Gioconda. La stanza principale, con un soffitto molto alto e un pianoforte è il fulcro dell'abitazione. L'appartamento é molto accogliente e decorato. Per check-in anticipati o posticipati c'è un sovrapprezzo di 15€.

L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano con ascensore di un ex convento del '300, a due passi dalla Basilica di Santa Croce: una delle più grandi chiese francescane e una delle massime realizzazioni del gotico in Italia. L'appartamento è stato interamente ristrutturato nel 2018. È disposto su due livelli e composto da soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura con ampia sala da pranzo, la camera da letto é situata al piano superiore e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con guardaroba.
