What a beautiful little hideaway! We came for a long weekend to explore Exeter and the surrounding areas. We weren’t expecting Alex’s cabin to be the haven that it was. We lucked out! A Perfectly appointed cabin (that feels more like a modern house) and the perfect size for us - a couple with toddler. Modern with all the appliances you need - smart tv to use with the apps you want. Comfy bed and couch. Alex even supplied a proper cot. The cabin is at the bottom of a very very long garden so you feel away from everything. But the village of Topsham with all the shops pubs and estuary views are just there. Thank you Alex and family - great hosts! We’ll be back.

Thank you both for making our stay so relaxed and welcoming. The garden house is such a surprise in a private cottage garden setting. We found we had the perfect balance of activities outdoors with a peaceful country garden to return to. With plenty of shade in the garden and the seated, decked area and we were lucky with a late summer heatwave! We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to visit again next year…will be in touch. Lovely time in the cabin in an orchard, well equipped, peaceful, cart provided to carry luggage down the garden. Fresh fruit and milk in the fridge on arrival appreciated. Very welcoming family, Alex is a very interesting and responsive host. Topsham always lovely, cabin well situated for walking to the town and Darts Farm and also to the train station for easy access to Exmouth and Exeter. Very comfortable bed, good WiFi. Helpful to have parking in the drive provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Alex’s air bnb. It was just as described and as such suited us very well. Easy to get into Topsham, situated in a lovely garden, very private. Alex was an excellent host and was keen to ensure that our few days in his apartment were comfortable and an enjoyable time. Thank you.
