Im Gegensatz zu anderen Reisenden hat bei uns mit dem Check In alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist o.k., ruhig gelegen, aber es macht ein bisschen einen schlecht gewarteten Eindruck (z.B. die gratis Fahrräder, oder auch die Fenster). Wir haben bei Fragen immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen & fanden es auch zweckmässig eingerichtet. Hopkins scheint mir generell etwas überteuert zu sein, von dem her war das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis o.k.

Have heard many are often disappointed with Vacasa's management but this time I unfortunately experienced it first hand. Upon arriving from long travels the key was not inside the keylock when I unlocked it which took quite some time as it was because there was no campus lighting and the veranda's light was not left on so I had to ask the Taxi driver to use phone to shine for me while I entered code. I contacted Vacasa immediately but noone responded for approximately 5 hrs and when they did was several more hrs just saying they would try to contact someone to assist. After several hours in the dark it was the guests from neighboring cabanas who came to my assistance for everything from allowing me to use their restroom since I was locked out to locating previous guest who had the key, to calling the cleaning lady to inform her a new guest arrived and needed the room cleaned and prepared. Had they not been there or not as gracious I would have been stranded in the dark for hours.

Nice place not far from the beach. A few things not working in the house such as WI-FI, microwave and a couple window openers, but the studio is cute with a big comfy bed! Reccommended

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here although we did not receive an email with door code and communication with Vacasa was sketchy. Judy, the local lady, was terrific and helpful. We were told we could not extend for 1 more night but no one showed up. The property is lovely, many trees and shaded and the pool is a great feature. It seems that communication with their own employees is sadly lacking as well. All the problems we encountered were due to management.

Booked in between 2 weeks two times with Vicasa and both time very disappointed by communications n and check-in informations. Both times we had to arrive by ourself to the property and both times we got just by luck inside the house because there were housekeepers on the spot working. no time we got any keybox codes
