Breathtaking view of the ocean from the porch and most of the house with sounds of birds all around and largely secluded. Comfy hammocks too! A/C in bedrooms was wonderful and unusual given it was scorching hot. Drinking water, lots of linens and everything we needed for cooking was provided. very nice owners. Susan arranged a lovely horseback ride for us. Things to know: 1) Getting to the nearby bar, restaurant and beach is a hike down or up a steep paved trail. My regret is not planning to cook more meals/make own drinks given up and down walk. 2) Beach waa not very swimmable...lots of churn/heavy waves. Swimmable/nice beach is probably 45 min walk from the house. Overall, loved it!!

Susan und Carlos sind tolle Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft ist VIEL besser wie auf den Fotos. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse Sind atemberaubend. Wir haben so viele Tiere gesehen….. Und Carlos Dschungel Nachtwanderung Und schnorcheln auf Cano Insel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love OSA Ihr braucht halt 4X4 Auto Da ein paar Flüsse durchfahren werden müssen 😍

tolles Haus,sehr großzügig. toller Blick, vom Balkon schöne Sonnenuntergänge. nicht weit zum Strand,allerdings sind einige Stufen zu überwinden. die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet bis auf Gläser. es waren nur 2 Weingläser vorhanden,wobei ein Glas einen Sprung hatte. da wir gerne Wein trinken, und wir aus der Tasse trinken mussten,war der Genuss gemindert. Carlos, ihr Mann hat uns rührend umsorgt, gab tolle Tipps und hat mit uns eine Nachtwanderung unternommen.

The villa is like a Pearl, just amazing. By far the best place we stayed in Costa Rica: beautiful ocean view, very quiet and very well equipped. Further more, the hosts, Susan and Carlos, are (even for Costa Rican standards) very kind and have a lot of contacts to help you arrange tours. Hope we will comeback one day.

Susana and Carlos were great hosts and very helpful. The place is beautiful and the photos do not give it justice. The terrace has the mise amazing sunsets you will ever see!!
