Gabi und Vincent sind tolle Gastgeber und Tourführer für den Nationalpark Corcovado. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis mit Gabi den Nationalpark zu entdecken , wir haben viele Vögel, Tapire , Spinnenaffen usw gesehen. Diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank!

La habitación o mini apartamento es perfecto y tiene todo lo necesario (excepto cocina). La cama es cómoda, la ubicación es beneficiosa (se aprovecha estar en la montaña) y muy cerca de las playas. Bahía drake queda a 15 minutos y 20 minutos de playa rincón pasando por dos ríos. Gabriela es super amable y atenta. El apartamento tiene suficientes toallas, bolsas impermeables, agua y electrodomésticos necesarios.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. After a few days in downtown drake bay and near the coast, being in this beautiful studio apartment nestled in the hills, was exactly what we needed. The balcony is stunning with lots of wild life around; toucan nesting nearby and a pale-billed woodpecker casually popping up, along with monkeys. There’s a beautiful river at the bottom of the hill; clear, clean and perfect to cool down in after a days walk. Vincent and Gaby were brilliant hosts; helped us out endlessly and made our stay very comfortable. It’s a 30min walk to the beach and 40min to downtown. Taxis are easy to get, and Vincent also helped us with a couple of rides and advised on tours (he is himself a knowledgable guide for Corcovado). Worth checking out for a few days of downtime 🌀

Vincent is a really nice host. The place is spotless. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on our first day as a welcome present. We got to see tuccans and harra parrots right from our balcony. The environment is so peaceful and quiet. We did have a hard time finding the place as google maps suggests two ways, one of them being a walking route but that’s part of the adventure in Costa Rica. You do need a 4x4 véhicule if you want to get around in Drake and to access the driveway which is steep. The cottage is 9 minutes from all the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
