We have had a wonderful stay - the cottage was cosy and cute and just what we wanted! The location is perfect; peaceful and in a gorgeous little village. Close to beautiful walks and a great starting point to all of the quaint towns surrounding. Would definitely stay again!

Lancaster Cottage was very cosy. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Lovely surroundings and some good early morning walks with the dog. We loved Winster, and the local information in the cottage was very helpful.

A beautiful 17th century cottage very lovingly restored and made superbly comfortable.The decor is exquisite and there is a plethora of helpful maps, brochures and interesting books.The village of Winster is delightful and particularly well located for a variety of walks or in our case, cycle rides,to be finished off with a thirst quenching pint of locally brewed beer at the nearby Miners Standard pub. I felt that Katie was always on hand should we have needed for anything at all.
