My mom, sister, and I enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s cottage. It was the perfect spot to rest and relax after exploring the coast of Maine! Kristin and Kim were very helpful with recommendations about what to do/where to eat around the area. They went above and beyond making our trip comfortable and memorable!

Kristina place was beautiful, inside and out. We wanted a rustic feel and it was perfect. It was close to the water. Quiet with all the needed amenities besides the hosts were lovely people. Suggest this place to anyone looking for a real get away peaceful. A perfect stay would stay again.

What a perfect seaside getaway! Kristin's place is gorgeous, the location is perfect and Kristin and her cousin Kim were just the nicest hosts. Already planning a return trip!

My husband & I had a really lovely, peaceful week at Kristin & Mark's cottage. From the initial reservation, Kristin was responsive and communicative. Kim, the "caretaker" who's living in the big house on the property and was the onsite contact person, was wonderful -- welcoming, very friendly but respectful of privacy, with great recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby. She even made us a delicious blueberry banana bread. :) The house itself is charming -- old school Maine cottage in all the best possible ways, with a few updated amenities. We really enjoyed both the firepit outside and the wood fireplace inside (on chillier nights). The land and property were fantastic -- literally right down a (new) dock to the water. We loved drinking coffee or wine from the porch and gazing out at the water, passing boats, and shorebirds. There is a beach 3 minutes down the road where we launched our kayak. All in all, just a great property and experience. We hope to be back!
