Located in the desirable SW hills and minutes from downtown Eugene, University of Oregon campus and Autzen Stadium. Enjoy a Duck game, concert, event, or the vast outdoor activities the beautiful Pacific NW has to offer. This bright and airy open floor plan has a fully stocked updated kitchen, dining area and large living room with great views. Bedrooms include a spacious master ensuite w/ private balcony, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom has a double bed. Slider off main floor leads to a charming backyard with expansive deck and BBQ for outdoor enjoyment.

The house was comfortable and the host was responsive. Location was not too far from downtown and near a park. I think the pictures may have raised my expectations a little high. The house had everything we needed, but it was not luxurious. Master bath has been renovated and it was cute. Quality of beds and bedding were good, not great. Host came over to help us figure out cooling system.
We had a wonderful time at Malibu oasis. It was our second week long stay and there will likely be more.
Perfect house to get away and relax. House was set up with everything you could need.
Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace.
Loved our time at Caroline’s place! The house was very comfy and well appointed!!
