Felix is a nice host. He stays nearby and will be always available to help for anything. We can have beach view from the room. Very peaceful beach. Place looks safer compared to baga or candolim. And the home looks exactly as shown in images. I have never seen such a room with the same look as in images. Wonderful experience.
Our stay was for 5 days and we extremely enjoyed our stay, the location is at the road near the beach but after closing the door there is no noise at all and the scenery is quite epic. Felix is always a message away and he helped in every way possible. We are definitely thinking to go back for another pleasant stay.
The place is beautiful and serene. Its exactly as shown in the photos. The host Felix uncle is super kind and helpful. The place is right in front of the beach, just a road away. Nearby there are alot of local eateries, cafes and clubs. Enjoying the sunset is super nice sitting in the comfort of your home. Overall a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Felix's Airbnb! ❤️ The property perfectly matched the description provided. Felix went the extra mile to ensure that the water in the outdoor tub was replenished daily, which was perfect for cleaning our feet after returning from the beach. He was also generous in promptly collecting garbage every morning and keeping the outdoor areas tidy. While working remotely for the week, the wifi speed was adequate for one person to attend meetings. However, it experienced some jitteriness when two people attempted to join meetings simultaneously. A few suggestions for improvements: - Adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom - Providing a fan in the outdoor sitting area that operates independently of the house's key, allowing clothes to dry faster when no one is home - Installing a switchboard near the table in the outdoor seating area. The location boasts beautiful views, and having a switchboard nearby would enhance convenience.

The view from the room is of Ashvem Beach. The surrounding villas are also given for rent so it is a lively neighborhood. The room is on the roadside so the guest won't have any problem during their arrival.
