Great communication, everything was as it should be. Treats provided which was nice. Good position for shops and sea front and parking space helpful. It was a good base for our break and worked for us in that mum (87 years old) had a downstairs bedroom with toilet close by. She would have loved a little chair to sit on in the bedroom. Granddaughter liked playing outside in the garden.

Lovely Host, communicated well and helped with our settling. Stayed over Christmas and it felt like home, Dawn made sure we had a tree which we appreciated. Clean house with well equipped kitchen, spacious and cozy bedrooms.
