The Brick House Is a Unique "Great Room" Guest House with 1,000 sq. ft. of space located on a 30 acre ranch nestled in the amazing San Diego Mountains. The house is surrounded by the Cleveland National Forest. There are trails on the property with breathtaking views plus direct access to Hiking, Mountain Biking, Trail Running and Horseback Riding. The ranch as a whole is simply beautiful! It is very private, quiet and makes for a great romantic getaway as well. The Brick House has been recently remodeled including all new furniture and appliances. It is an open space "Great Room" at approximately 1000 sq. ft. It has a king size Murphy bed and two leather couches (one opens to a queen sleeper). The sofa bed section creates a living room area. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and a game/movie watching area all in one giant open space. There is also a private full bathroom. The new furniture includes: King Size Murphy Bed, Queen Sofa Sleeper, Leather Couches, Round Dining Table (seats 4) Bar with Stools. Kitchen includes: Stove, Oven, Full Size Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker. There is a TV for the DVD Library, Foosball table, Ms. Pacmac machine with additional games. For outdoor activities there are Darts, Cornhole and Bocce Ball. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the two patios.
