Hello and thank you for considering one of our vacation rentals, we look forward welcoming you! We are a small family owned company specializing in managing our vacation rental properties. It is our goal to make sure that you and your family and friends get the most out of your stay and come back year after year. In 2014, my mother Patricia and I opened up our first vacation rental property. After the first year of nearly 80% occupancy, great reviews, support from family, and an incredible team of housekeepers and maintenance personnel, we decided to duplicate the model and expand. Now just 4 short years later we operate 6 vacation rentals in our home town of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. While the Cocoa Beach area is home, we have done some extensive traveling and have decided to incorporate some of our favorite destinations into your home away from home. Our cottages include the Tahiti Suite, Abaco Suite (Bahamas), Little Kahuna (Hawaii), the option to book all 3 as an entire villa, a downtown cottage, as well as a 4 bedroom pool home. A little about Adam; Hey there! I was born and raised on the Space Coast where I developed a passion for all things water, like scuba diving, fishing, surfing, wake-boarding, paddle boarding, you name it. When I am not home, I am probably traveling (obviously), and some of my favorite places include Thailand, South Africa, and Vietnam, and my favorite way to travel is with my backpack and flip flops. My primary responsibility is to handle the reservations and any questions leading up to your stay as well as any necessary maintenance. If I am in town during your stay, I hope to meet you and happy to give recommendations for where the locals go!
