Absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect - right downtown with a quick walk to restaurants, etc. but just outside of the chaos. Surrounded by beautiful old homes and the history feels alive. Hosts are so helpful and responsive to all my questions immediately. Check in and out SO easy, and she even let my daughter borrow their parking pass for the night. I just wish I could have stayed longer! I hope to be able to stay here again!

Excellent stay and wonderful hosts who provide a great experience. We had a minor issue with the door code when first checking in and they were able to resolve it within 2 mins! The house was in a great location. I felt safe and comfortable with my family. Check in and out processes were smooth and clear.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks to restaraunts and shops and the riverwalk. Ada and Curt were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, beautifully decorated and well appointed, they’ve provided everything one might need. We loved the complimentary coffee and the welcome basket of treats. The bed was super comfy too! Thank you for making our trip to Wilmington so comfortable!

My stay in Wilmington was very good! The Airbnb was very clean, and looked like the pictures. There was a good amount of space in the house, and although other people stay there it's very private and you have all your own things. There are a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops and stores all over since it's downtown which was one of the main reasons I booked here. Everything was within walking distance.

Absolutely loved the location! Great walking to downtown, riverwalk, breweries, etc! Having the balcony was definitely a bonus…nice retreat to read and people watch! Clean, comfy, safe, and great TV! Hosts were very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend!
