This spot was beautiful. Subrena was so great to communicate with and Junior who was available for transportation went above and beyond always getting us where we wanted to be and telling us about good local spots. You won’t get a better view and a more comfortable overall stay that is still close to things. We had a small problem with water/plumbing and subrena was there asap to fix it herself and was so mindful of our needs. Would definitely stay here again !!

Would stayed here a whole month if I could! The views, very tranquil and very homey! Loved having my morning coffee and looking out at the mountains, watching the cows graze and the birds fly around. Dianne and Subrena were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will be returning soon!

Erg mooie ruimte, omgeving en tuin! Heerlijk om je terug te trekken van de drukte en te relaxen. Ons verblijf was 4 nachten, jammer dat we niet langer konden blijven. De weg is inderdaad was hobbelig, maar als je de wielen over de hoge gedeeltes stuurt prima te doen. Nooit iets geraakt of vast komen te zitten. Wij hadden een kleine SUV, maar het zou ook met een normale auto prima gaan. Door de frisse wind in de nacht uit de bergen is het gemis van een airco niet erg. Mooie houtdetails in het huis met hoge plafonds, veranda met prachtig uitzicht! 3 gieren zweven in de avond en ochtend door het dal.

Dianne’s place was exactly as shown plus more . the view , particularly early morning , was gorgeous and the countryside ambience very peaceful . The cottage a simple affair and the location good for beaches or just quiet time in the countryside . The approach road up is true Jamaican bush road , needs to be approached in day time with care , we had a low hire car so opted to unload passengers for the last bit going up - all was do able . . It is a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the beach .

Ok wow what a beautiful landscape and home this is, the vistas and views are stunning and the atmosphere is tranquil and exceptional. I loved my stay at pear tree hill. I think a more detailed understanding of where the home is in relation to the beach and cliffs could be helpful for people reading the listing, I’ve gone to Negril 12 times and without the INVALUABLE services of junior our driver, we’d have been an a tough situation. The road is not easily accessible and other than junior no cabs would drive us to the top. I must shout out junior he was so great and an amazing part of my trip. The house really is all you need if you’re not looking for luxury (AC and top of the line amenities), we were able to cook and make do with everything in the house, subreana was amazing as well. Although I didn’t meet Diane she was communicative and helpful. Again the house and location is INCREDIBLE, but if you plan on moving around you really do need to plan it out with a driver!
