Steps going down the deck lead you to the second patio seating a few feet away from the lake, under the full sun or stars. Property is located on a seawall with approximately 7 feet deep around the perimeter of the home. Located on a channel NOT suitable for swimming. Children must be supervised at ALL times as there is no gate. Swimming is available nearby on the wonderful beaches of Presquille park, a 10 minute drive away.
