Absolutely amazing!! From the start, Wendi was fantastic!!! Best host I have ever had! They even had winde ad pie waiting for us, very welcoming!! Wendi was so easy to work with, and we shared so many things in common! Our love of our fur babies most of all!!! I felt my dogs were so welcomed and treated just like the family they are!! We had such an amazing time!!! We hiked, had a campfire, went tubing, saw fireworks, and did some shopping in Boone, NC, and Blowing Rock, NC. It's all amazing!!! We made so many fantastic memories and brought in the new year of 2024! It was a trip for the books!! Thank you again, Wendi, and of course, Kim, We made sure to leave Kim some homemade cheesecake and flowers so that when she went into clean, she would have a surprise 😊 She did such an amazing job when we arrived, house was so clean and felt so warm and comfortable!! We will be back!!!! Cheers to 2024!!!

We stayed during Thanksgiving. And it was very well worth it. Weather was perfect. The home was cozy, clean, and ready for our stay. Pet friendly, and had things of entertainment for the entire family in the home to spend that much needed quality time and have fun. Both host went above and beyond for us. And was always available when needed to communicate for any questions. Town wasnt that far, and mountain walks were beautiful. Would definitely come and stay here again. We felt right at home and wendi made aure we had a great property vacation home for us to enjoy from beginning to end. And the view was incredible 😍 🙌 Very blessed and happy with our stay at tgis amazing cabin.

Wendi was very responsive and communicated well! The personal touches to this home stood out to me compared to other places I’ve stayed. She had small surprises that stood out to us and were very meaningful and it meant the world to us!! The power did go out a couple of times due to storms and a tree falling in the area, but what a perfect way to get a much needed nap in! Definitely worth the price and if you’re looking for a quiet and intimate place, this is the place to book! Thanks for all your wonderful hospitality, Wendi!

The place was great! Wendi is very responsive and made an extra effort to make it special for my birthday with a personalized note and birthday welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, the water was perfect and our kids (6 and 7) had a blast. There are a lot of stairs but that was no problem for our kids. Easy to get in the house, it was clean and everything we needed was there for both necessity and comfort, including tons of floats and some kayaks. Thank you Wendi!
