Take a few flip flop steps to the sandy beach, set up beach chairs to relax, fly a kite, swim and enjoy a Chatham day. Play a few friendly games of tag, bocce or croquet on the lawn. Grill and dine alfresco at the oversized picnic table and plan your adventures. Watch from the porches the sunrise over Nauset and sunset over Pleasant Bay. Find time to explore downtown Chatham, the Lighthouse, Fish pier and make long lasting vacation memories.  The fully air conditioned mission style bungalow is built around a center living /dining room with a fireplace, a family size table, and plenty of chairs for evening dinners or a game of cards. House has three bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath, and outside shower. An outdoor shower helps keep sand out of the house. A large, second floor open room has four twin beds and plenty of floor space for playtime. A finished basement area serves as TV room with adjacent laundry. There is a small deck on the south side of the house where you can sit and enjoy a view of the Salt Pond and the bay beyond. Located in North Chatham, in a quiet neighborhood, walkers find miles of beach, roads, trails and conservation areas to explore. Bikers can easily get to the Cape bike trail, which is found within a mile a short distance from the house. The waters off our beach are well known for bass fishing. Peak seasons are late May and early June and September.
