You can simply walk out the front door and within 20 feet, you'll be standing in the sand of one of the most magnificent beaches in all of Florida. The Pompano fishing pier is within walking distance, and watersports are only 300 feet down the beach. You'll also find Marriot Hotel Bars and Lounges within the same distance. There are many restaurants nearby, some of which are walkable. The Beach House restaurant is less than 1 mile away, and others like Aruba Beach Club and Houstons on the water are less than 10 minutes' drive away. They offer great lunches, dinners, and nightlife. The Pompano Golf Course and Tennis clubs are also nearby - the golf course is 10 minutes away, and the Infamous Lighthouse Point Lighthouse is right on the beach where you'll be staying. You can enjoy amazing beach sunrises and truly have a ZEN getaway or seasonal snowbird stay. -Parking:
spaces can be available directly in front of the complex there are no assigned spots just random parking, if you park here you must put a note on your dashboard in the front windshield with Airbnb Guest Unit #11 or #13. This is so the property manager knows you are Airbnb guests, if you do not you risk having your vehicle towed.
-If there are no available spots in front you can look for random street parking or there is paid parking behind The St Gabriels Church which is located 300 feet south of the Airbnb Cottage. -Simply drive south to 8th street make a right and there are parking Pay To Park lots located about 3/4 of the way down the street on the left-hand side.
-The Signs say SCAN TO PARK PAY HERE NOW. Simply scan the QR code it will take you to the website www.parksetter dot com. Simply put in your license plate number and choose the amount of time you will park:

Keep in mind that parking frees up in front of the Airbnb so you may find a spot there that frees up and not have to park behind the church or on the street.
