Condo was great for our family of 4. They had everything we needed and things to use at the beach. Location was beautiful and very close to beautiful beach. The hot tub and pool was really nice. My only complaint is that I messaged the host to request a late checkout. We had a lot of time to kill before our long flights and it was really difficult with a baby. I was able to see that my message was read, but I received no answer. If the answer was no or if there was a fee involved I would have paid it, but not getting any answer at all was annoying. Other than that the place was fantastic.

Outstanding, everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Felt like we were at home and we are looking into becoming local’s in the near future after our first trip!!

The unit was in a great location to actively explore Volcanos, the black sand beach, the green sand beach, and the southernmost town and point. We had a rental car and picked up groceries before going down. The closest restaurants closed by 7pm or earlier. It was a great home base to explore that area from!

A great location, cute small one-bedroom, and awesome pool/hot tub area. The host is very responsive via message. A few cons: Better fit for long stays - we were required to get a parking permit, rental agreement, and bring some supplies. No AC and very hard to cool off if we've been gone the whole day keeping the windows closed. Also a noisy 3am garbage truck right outside some nights.
