The townhouse was very nice and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The front door was a bit challenging to get in. I think the cleaners could do better - there was food on the cabinets and around the vents/fans dust. But we enjoyed our stay. Instructions for the tv/fireplace would have been helpful. Beach is across a busy main road but very close. Nice walk to the bay for the dogs. Would stay here again.

Pros: great location. Grounds were beautiful. Views were gorgeous. Bones of the home and the kitchen were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating. BUT, there is a very strong smell of pet urine throughout the room. The smell was so bad it was on our clothes. I went and bought air deodorizer because I couldn’t take it. Pet stains all over carpets. The second floor double bedroom had to close the door the smell was so bad. As others mentioned there is black mold in the second floor bathrooms. The sliding door to the front of the house was insulated with paper towels. The furniture in the living areas were stained and covered in dog fur. Also, the check in was super confusing. We were to stop at an office but couldn’t locate the correct office so then we just used the Airbnb directions. The home can really be a 5 star stunning home but definitely needs some repairs, cleaning, and replacement.

Beautiful location, gorgeous house, a wonderful relaxing environment. Plenty of room for guests. All floors had decks with magnificent views of the bay with comfortable lounge chairs.

The only thing I don’t understand is why we needed to stop at the vacasa office when there was a key pad.
