The primary bedroom and bathroom, as well as a game room and an office with a separate porch entrance, are also located on this level. The staircase leads upstairs to the bridge overlooking the great room, connecting to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The lower level of the home also boasts an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, and opens to the covered patio. The lower level is also filled with natural daylight and additionally features a dedicated fitness room. The home has three spacious rooms with queen beds, and one room with two twin beds. Our home is run as sustainably as possible with 100% non-toxic cleaning products, water sourced from our own well, filtered through a Culligan system, drinking water filtered through an AquaTru reverse osmosis filter, and organic cotton linens used, where possible.
