Great accommodation very spacious and very well appointed it had everything we needed for our stay we even did out laundry before returning home ( we took our own detergent and conditioner) lovely and warm especially upstairs with the lounge and kitchen being upstairs. kitchen had everything we needed and a dish washer as well. would definitely stay here again without question.

Great waterfront location with stunning views and sunrises. Convenient parking and easy to find. Clean and clutter free. We loved it, and would like to return, but we all found every bed to be extremely uncomfortable so nobody got a decent night's rest the whole time we were there. If it had more comfortable beds it would get a 5* rating and we'd probably come back regularly, since everything else and the location was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay and for being good hosts!

great accommodation, very comfortable when we checked it didn't say there was a cafeteria in kitchen we brought one unnecessarily and it told us there were no towels but there was!

Puddle Inn Duck was perfect for our week holiday. We were 2 families of 4 adults and two teenage children, this propery was so spacious, you didnt feel like you where living on top of each other. The property is within walking distance of horning which is really pretty and there is also two restaurants/pub close by. It is also central to all the attractions The Broads has to offer. The property is so well equipped there was no need to go out to eat every night, and there is also a large dining table to seat 8 people which is perfect. (And we utilised daily) The property has a lower deck and an area to moor a day boat, which we hired for a week as this is the perfect way to explore The Broads. As we are all fisherpeople, we where able to set up our equipment and leave it out for the full week. The property is in such a peaceful area, and perfect for exploreing Thr Broads, we have booked again for next year.
