Great place to stay for a weekend walking in the lakes! The place is quirky but lovely and definitely bigger than the photos make it seem. We loved the log fire and they provide all the logs too. We didn't read the add properly and forgot towels so make sure to bring your own as they don't provide. Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed in Little Knott over the Christmas period and everything about the cottage was great. The place was decorated with a tree and Christmas decs and communication with the owner was superb. I would have no hesitation recommending this cottage and would definitely use it again as a base to the lakes. Thank you

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and cosy! Nice location and a very responsive host. Cottage was very clean and warm. Only downside was it wasn’t clear on the listing that towels were not included and we were left short. Overall, brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the lakes and would definitely return to this cottage.

Great value for money! - yes as other reviews, some of the decor could be refreshed or deep cleaned, but it had everything I needed - if I’d had a group of 6 and pets then would have been ideal
