This is a great place for the price. The bedrooms are comfortable, it's in a private location surrounded by woods, and we absolutely loved the hot tub. David was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

Davids house was a joy to stay in. The weather unfortunately wasn't good so we stayed inside most of the time with 4 kids. But there was so much to do inside from games, ping pong, musical instruments and the hot tub, we got by just fine. When we had a problem getting the hot tub up to temperature and I contacted David. He got back to me right away with a phone call and we got it working. Davids house was exactly as described. What I didn't pay attention to was what levels the bedrooms were on. There is one bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms downstairs. One of our kids wasn't comfortable sleeping so far away, so we had to play musical beds during the stay. All in all good trip, great accomadations.

We absolutely loved our stay at David’s lake home. It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The house itself is great with plenty of room to cook, eat, drink, and relax. The lake was wonderful and we enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat. The surrounding area is great too, especially the state park and the cute town of Montross. David is also an exceptional host. Very easy to communicate with and he provided a great welcome packet with a ton of helpful information. All in all, a wonderful trip. We hope to visit again in the future.
