We had a lovely stay at Derek‘s place. The location is really convenient and we were able to walk or take a quick taxi to get around. The place was really clean and newly remodeled. It was also great having pool access if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Loved having Michael on site to help us with anything we needed. There are six units total and some of them are closer to the ocean. We now know to ask which units are available when booking. Thanks Derek and Team!

The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, updated/new, and has an amazing view of the ocean. The host was responsive, provided restaurants and excursion recommendations and flexible with check in and check out. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place! We had the best time and had the opportunity to rest very well after long days of beach activities!

Great centrally located spot away from major tourist areas

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The owners were incredibly responsive and super helpful. Our rental car fell through and they helped us secure a separate one within 24hrs of arrival. The apartment was recently updated and had all the amenities we needed for ourselves and our young children. The only slight downside was that the beach was much smaller than what we had expected - really didn’t offer any space for our kids to play. The pool was a bit on the cool side, but that didn’t stop our two year old. Thanks so much for a wonderful first trip to the Bahamas!
